What A Living Building Is Made Of

This is how the team that built the R.W. Kern Center chose materials for its Living Building Challenge project. In order to meet the LBC criteria, the building must be self sufficient on water and energy and all the materials used in the building must be free of toxic 'Red List' chemicals.
